The parallel between his father’s mastery in the cockpit and Dr. Chivers’ precision at the operating table is striking—both requiring exceptional focus, steady hands, and split-second decision-making where perfection is the only acceptable standard.

Dr. Chivers’ journey toward becoming a leader in hair transplantation began with a solid academic foundation, earning an Honours BSc with First Class Honours in Pharmacology from the University of Alberta. His dedication to medical excellence continued at the University of Calgary, where he earned his Medical Doctorate, followed by specialized training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Manitoba, and he earned his FRCS(C) certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

What truly distinguishes Dr. Chivers in the field of hair restoration is his comprehensive fellowship training at the University of Toronto, where he completed specialized fellowships in both Aesthetic/Cosmetic Surgery and Upper Extremity Hand and Wrist Microsurgery.
